Nicole is the mother of four children, an adopted son and a daughter with the first husband Tom Cruise and two daughters with the second husband, Keith Urban.

Not only did she fight back for the unequal treatment of ladies at the workplace but also did a recognizable work in creating a favorable environment for a mother in the workplace. She is a dedicated mother raising her daughter to perfection as well as emerging as the multidimensional leader.

Dilma Rousseff had served as the 36th president of Brazil from 2011-14 and the first woman to hold such a high position in the country’s history. She was born in 1947 to an upper-middle-class family. Her father Pedro Rousseff was an entrepreneur and lawyer and her mother Dilma Jane Da Silva was a school teacher. She was being raised with the two other siblings named Igor and Zana Lucia.

In 1967, Dilma married to a Brazilian activist Claudio Galeno Linhares but gets separated and later on married to Carlos Araujo who was a Brazilian politician. Her only daughter Paula Rousseff was born on 27th March 1976 and studied law
